Construction Cleaning

What's included in a construction clean?

A construction clean covers removal of construction debris, dust, and waste from all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings including windows, frames, floors, walls, and amenity areas. We tailor scope to the project stage — progressive clean, rough clean, or final handover clean.

When should I book a construction clean?

Book as soon as your project programme is confirmed. For large or complex projects, early engagement allows us to plan around your schedule. For urgent requirements, contact us directly.

Can you provide same-day response for construction sites?

Where possible, yes. Call us directly for urgent requirements.

Do you work on active sites with other trades?

Yes. We coordinate access with site supervisors and work in agreed sections or timeframes to avoid disrupting active trades.

Site Amenities

How often should site amenities be cleaned?

Most active sites benefit from 2–3 services per week. We adjust frequency as crew numbers and site activity change.

Do you supply your own equipment and products?

Yes. We bring all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables. Nothing is required from the site.

Final Cleans and Handover

How far in advance should I book a final clean?

As soon as your practical completion date is confirmed. For larger projects, earlier is always better.

What if inspection identifies areas needing re-cleaning?

We are happy to return and address specific items. This is best agreed at the quoting stage.

Do you provide documentation of work completed?

We can provide written confirmation. Discuss your documentation requirements when enquiring.

Strata Cleaning

What areas do you cover in a strata building?

Lobbies, lifts, corridors, stairwells, car parks, bin enclosures, BBQ areas, pool surrounds, and communal outdoor areas. Scope is confirmed at the time of engagement.

Can you work with our strata management platform?

Yes. We adapt to your communication and reporting requirements.

Commercial Cleaning

Do you offer after-hours or early morning cleaning?

Yes. We schedule around your business hours.

Can you service a small office?

Yes. We work with businesses of all sizes.

Quoting and Pricing

Can you quote from plans or do you need a site visit?

For most jobs we can provide an indicative quote from plans or a scope document. For larger projects, a site inspection is preferred.

How long does it take to get a quote?

We aim to respond to quote requests within one business day. For urgent requirements, call us directly.

Do you lock clients into long-term contracts?

We work on schedules that suit the client. Contract terms are discussed at the time of engagement.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $20M public liability insurance.

Do you use your own staff or subcontractors?

We use our own staff. We do not subcontract our work.
